GLOBEX was established in 2010 to provide high quality easy to operate evacuation equipment together with a complete support service to ensure mobility impaired persons can be evacuated safely up and down stairs in the event of an emergency and when lifts can not be used and to assist clients to meet their statutory obligations under current legislation, primarily the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and Equality Act 2010.

 

Thanks to our professional experienced team we are now a market leading internationally recognised brand, ISO 9001 certificated, in 2011 Globex were finalists in the National Fire Excellence Awards, are registered with MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) and proud sponsors of the Fire Protection Association DVD – Guide to assisted evacuation.

 

Our evacuation equipment is designed and manufactured in the UK, conforms to the Medical Directive Regulations, is CE marked and our standard model is independently type-tested by the internationally recognised TUV Nord International GMBH.
